I would like to get involved in real estate on a more consistent basis. I have done 4 deals over the past few years. I have done them the old fashioned way. Buying through a broker, and keeping them renting them out. I have 2 single family homes in new york and 2 in the orlando area of florida. I really need to do some deals and fix and flip as i need the money. All my cash is tied up in the deals and buying and selling for a profit is the best way to make money.Unfortunately, I have no experience doing it deans way and i am willing to give it a shot.
