I wanted to stop by your guest book page to say we're all in this together. Reach out to members in this online environment with any of your concerns. This is a great environment for learning real estate as you go along. Don't concentrate on what you don't know; Concentrate on what you do know to get you going. Decide what you would like to do in real estate, decide on when you would like to see whatever you want to happen for you, then learn how to make these goals happen for you by tuning in here! This is just a tidbit of information for you. Tidbits of information are easier to handle-this is one of my 'secrets' to get you rolling down the path to real estate success.

Thanks for the earlier welcome Anthony.
Just started starting to figure out the site.

I know the importance of combining information, commitment, and a supportive community (once dropped 40# in 12 weeks using that combination).

A day or so ago I started a 50 day challenge to bump my ongoing monthly earnings by $5k. Today I decided to do that through real estate.

Tomorrow I have other project work and meetings that will take through about 2pm Eastern. After that I will dig into Dean's book and fast start info to develop a plan to beat my challenge. I will almost be starting from scratch (have been through some training, have some experience, and have started making offers for an investment group on residential lots.

Thanks again for the welcome. I will share with the community as I go through my 50 day challenge and be happy to support and encourage others as I grow in experience.
