I am currently taking courses in Property management (I want to know all that I can when I own my buildings) I like to know a little bit about everything in real estate. I have also taken courses in commercial real estate. I feel ready to take that leap into the wonderful world that awaits me and I would love to make wonderful friends on this site that can guide me.
I have focused most of my time in residential real estate here in the city but I would like to shift my focus to the 25 to 1 deals. If there is anyone in the area that has done any 25 to 1 deals in the NYC tri-state area please send me a message. I am looking for a mentor or mentors to help me along the way.
