Coastal Funding is the name I do believe. They will provide you with a letter stating proof of funds at no charge. However, they only will lend the funds for a fee of course for twentyfour hours. You need to have an end-buyer in place. This is good for double closings, assignments, and depending on the circumstance will assist in lease options deals. Good luck.
