After 7 years of being in the rat race of running a restaurant I finally made a move to improve my quality of life. I had worked 70 to 80 hours a week for longer then I care to remember. I probably watched Dean's along with another 50 or so commercials about how to make easy money. I never choose to do anything about it. Let it go in one ear and out the other. It wasn't until I started my new job with the state of Minnesota as a Revenue Tax Specialist, until my eyes were wide open. I was part of a group that analysed tax returns. I preformed audits of incorrect returns, provided research for profit/loss of proposed tax bills, as well as other task. I was shocked at how many of my first thousand of returns were real estate investors. I was even more shocked at the amount that they were reporting on their returns!!!! It was at that moment I knew there was a change that needed to be made. I knew I always wanted to work for myself ever since I was younger. The fear of knowledge held me back more than anything. That is the reason I decided to invest my future with Dean and his group.
