I am really amazed at the compelling energy I sense from everyone here. I've been reading the book, absorbing a bit, practicing not getting overwhelmed by how much there is to learn. I did get a bank loan & am feeling very drawn to the academy. And... am scared to commit having made efforts in other arenas historically that didn't work out.... so... you all are inspiring.

Anyone else out there have a freefall sensation after committing to the Academy. I'm still "in shock" & started writing up my goals. If you have any suggestions about getting past this tightness in the chest, feel free to share. I'm starting over, not the first time, but in a way, yes, a first where it's about learning to help myself rather than everyone else & leaving myself stranded.

I'm also realizing how little I know about internet usage... some things are easy, email... so it feels like a crash course in career, internet, real estate, communications, social interaction & everything else I've been doing below the radar.... welcome me to a new age of access & action. What a rush!

Hi Lubertha. I received the CD today on time management. I hadn't considered a mission statement beyond goals, so I'll relisten to it & define them more simply. The ones I have are realistic, after I've got some practice getting out there & contacting agents. I'm on real estate basics action items... evaluate agents....

I can't tell you how many times I have read chapter 8 over pertaining to assignment offers. I find each time I read it over I see something else that can work!

My thought for today is nothing is more powerful than the mind already made up! I'm determined to succeed..........Lubertha
