Hi, my name is Florence I am a mother of 3 and I currently work as a CNA in Panama City Fla. I am new to this so new to where I just received my book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now. It is very interesting and I am eager to get started. I've always want to get my hands into some real estate but never had the chance, opportuinty, or money to get into it. My boyfriend thikns I can do it or it is wast of time cause I wont get anywhere. I am going to prove him wrong. Well back to reading I'm just wondering what will be my next step and when it's going to come. I'm going to be patient.

Hello everyone, it is about 4am and I need to go to bed but not before I post something.I am very excited about being a success with this opportunity knocking at my door. This guy at my job comes and tells me that he is selling his house and gave me a bit of information about it. I immedieately thought of deans program, I also have noticed some for sale buy owner homes jus around the corner from me with where i am right now ifeel that i would do a better jod with the homes around the corner from me first. Now that I have gotten this far i am stuck. I know that i need to contact the seller and get his information abot the home then what i make an offer, where would my offer money come from i have no money to put down and bad credit. This is where i loose my focus and turn away but i enjoyed the little that i already have done and want to do more of it. But i am going to perservere cause i have faith in God and faith in myself. I will cross this birdge.

how long you have been Dean's student. I am new. Its been a dream for me to some how get in the real estate industry. I am interested in the book called Real estate in your town. I am very internet savy is the reason why I picked that book. Is that a good book to use for beginners or should I start with dean's book called rigt now or be a real estate millionaire

Just when things couldn't get any worse. They even worse than they were before. I am in over my head I am drowning in a sea of debt and doubt. It is now the 18th of June and my rent hasn't been paid. My landlord has told me that I have 11 days to vacate. I really don't want to move I have fell in love with my huge 3br 2ba home and hope to purchase it. I am a christian woman who belives that God will make a way out of no way. I am glad that I came across Dean's book. I don't want to be a rich woman I just want to be able to feed my kids and keep a roof over their heads. It is very hard to do in todays economy. Real Estate has been something that I've always wanted to do but money has always been the problem. I know that I will be a success at this just need the right tools and help to get me there.
My agent tells me that I am confusing her but I think she is catching on to what I want to do. I think I'm afraid of messing up (failure). I have always started something but never finished. I intend on soaring to the top with Dean.

Start saying positive things, and good things will happen, as far as what I did on my deal, I am still waiting to show the property to the two buyers I have. Haven't gotten the keys yet from the owners son.. He doesn't want Dad to sell his free rental place to crash! But, It will happen! And it will for you. I did not use a realtor, I just found the seller, I run a cleaning bus. and we cleaned his house, so, I asked! And we worked out a deal, I won't make a whole lot of money, but I am helping a family in need of a house, and helping a family to free up 600 a month in payments. Tell me the details on your house FSBO and maybe I can come up with something for you to approach the seller with. I understand where you are, I don't have much money either and my credit is in the pot. I will help all I can, hang in there and be positive! Kevin

YES YOU CAN WIN if you REALLY WANT IT !! the path is here for you if you just take action. 90 % of most of it is in YOUR MIND if you think you can u can if you think you cany well you cant !! kevin is right KEEP a positive mind every day no matter what obstacles r in yourt way you have the power to control your mind.read,read,study,study this site and ask,ask,ask then take action ALL THE know2ledge is on this site .find a buyer and learn what they have to spend ,how much per mnth and how much down then find a seller for less down and less per mnth then talk to an attorney if u havent already and they will help you with the contract. i know there is more involved but not much kevin has offered his guidance on your deal what an opportunity thats what is so great about this site !!

I took some time away to get my thoughts together. I wanted to make sure that this is something that I wanted to get into. Because for a minute there I was having my doubts and I think I still do, no doubts on if this will actuall will work but doubts on if I can really be a sucess at this. I know with God all things are possible. I guess I just need to get up and do something about this feeling that I have. I wish I had someone here to walk me through my first deal (really walk me). Deans books are a lot of help but I guess I need help putting everything together. Thought my agent was going to help with that but that turned out to be a LIE. So I'm sitting here like What Now? What is my next move I really don't know yet. But I know that I can't get this REI thing out my mind seems like everytime I turn aroung or turn the channel I always hear something about real estate investing, honest to God. I take it as God is tring to tell me something. So I am going to be obedient and listen to the Almighty. Wish me lick cause here I go.
