I received a flyer and card to visit the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel in Palm Springs, California. My uderstanding is that it was a Dean affiliated program. There were several presenters with information and sales programs to help one succeed. I believe the program is legitimate but I would like to know if anyone else attended this program. Several members I the audience told me that it may not be legal. I wrote out a check for one of the programs and I need to know if I should have. I am promised a 3 day class with the program and assistance with what one needs to be successful in the Dean Graziosi program. Please help>>>>>>>

I finally have enough confidence to do a hard money deal. I still do not understand what paperwork or form I use to lock it under contract while I work with my hard lender and buyer. I have reviewed Nathan Street's video and I am ready.
