my name is jordan terrado born n raised in the golden state of ca, san diego. HERE IS MY STORY "ABOUT ME" im 24 years of age and have a 1 year old daughter who is the reason why i got deans material in hopes of achieving the 'impossible'(the American dream). ever since my daughter was born i have been on the SEARCH for money making techniques.SORRY to say but all of the get rich quick schemes just didn't do it for me they never made ANY sense. HAPPY to say i never bought into any of them ! i recently moved to las vegas with my daughter and fiance... we are somewhat OK now 'financially' but i want to take it to the next step. to inform you.... i have no job and no money and bad credit,(my fiance is the source of income right now)i have experience in the CASINO industry thus.. i have been playing no limit holdem poker part time for some extra cash... but anyone who plays poker for a living knows how mentally and physically exhausting the game can be, o i also forgot TIME CONSUMING!(fyi winning is not guaranteed...you have good days..and BAD DAYS...scary isn't it?? i dont recommend it to anyone unless you know what you are doing 100%!!!) when i saw Deans infomercial my eyes lit up! i asked myself "did my search for money making techniques just end right here???!!!!) i really do hope so....for my family's sake, we have been through soooo much in the past couple of years! my parents were victims of the recession and the economy going to CRAP! i saw and witnessed my parents loose their dream home(worth 1.2 million) that they worked so hard for and kept for over 10 years(i grew up in this home..had my share of LONG DAYS of "landscaping" a.k.a...chores around the house, helping keep the house LOOKING GOOD!) AND BOOM! just like that... GONE! FORECLOSED! i even witnessed my close family members break relationships...no money=arguments, stress, pain...and so on!!!!! a bunch of B.S!!!
BACK TO THE POINT.... HELP! God knows i need it. I am very new to this and need ALL of the HELP i can get. I am very open minded to new things I am full of energy.... I am a go getter..... but where do i go??? LOL! where do i start? what do i say???? who do i say 'it' too???

Hey, I just checked back and I am glad to see you are embracing the family.
I am not the only one you can talk to here. There is Indiana Joe that is always helpful with incredible insight,one of the newest guys just getting a great lock up, the great martini he just posted a new deal that I was telling you about. I am in the process of trying to lock up a deal with my neighbor across the street. This is the situation: I've lived here for 12 years and I know this couple has lived here for their entire lives, now they are in their 90's and unable to fend for themselves, I saw some family members coming in and out and they brought a moving truck and started to clean out everything from the house, which means... house for sale right?!! you have to look for these signs- so you can get in there before anyone else does. I know they are going to put the house up for sale. I want to lock up the property with one of the forms you will find in this website. Then get a private investor to purchse the agreement from me and hopefully make a small amount of change for birddogging this property.
Keep hitting the books and don't get sidetracked-Focus.
Stop gambling, go for the sure thing, hard work and perseverance.
