I have two rental property's that I owned prior to getting involved with your family. But now things seem to be a lot better with them sense my involvement with your family.
In April I purchased my first property using your technics, from finding a great realtor (who also is now my new property manager), to using some of the ideas from my Boots on the Ground training with Indiana Joe and his crew in Columbus Ohio last fall. We are finishing up with the rehab. project on it and we are looking sell and profit approx. $35,000.00 on this. I can't wait!
My wife and I attended the Buying Summit in Los Vegas a week ago and we was able to purchase three property's from Buy Direct. The people and the training were great.
It seems that things are starting to roll now and it is so exciting.
