I have one tr-plex in my portfolio. It is an older property but I purchsed it with great room to fix and increase cash flow. I am looking to replace my income from my job within the next two years. I am interested in tri-plexes or more units. I also have experience with condo conversions and would do another one.

Any suggestion on how to get started on a conversion (condo, zero lot line home, or ??) ? Have a duplex which will probably be perfect for this.
