I am a beginner investors and ran into a little discouraging situation. I am not sure why it is but when I talk to an owner who wants selling their home but does not want me to help them. It is because I'm in the Alaskan's market and no one is willing to be open about creative methods of selling their home? I am not sure what it is, any advise would help. thank you.

I just got my books today and I have had the PDF formats ever since i placed my order and been reading already. I am interested in starting off in assignment deals. I want to post ads on craigslist but don't know the best way to get the attention to build my buyers' list. So my ? is what headlines should i use and what details should i include in my description.

Hi Everyone I'm Luis and I'm new to Real Estate.I read chapter 4 in "Your Town" Your Real Estate Profits and I have an idea and learn enough of what I have to do with the "No Money Down" techniques BUT I'm just a bit lost on how to find these people on the Craiglist.Com or anywhere on the web. I just need a little guidance and knowledge of how to find these people, basically I need a little push on that step, I would appreciate it alot to be put on the right path.....It actually starting to put my hopes down a bit and making me confuse and I really don't like those feelings.

does anyone know of the best way to do lease options out of town without going their often? we live in the 2nd highest re market in the u.s. all the investors in our rei club agree it is not the place to invest. however a 3 hour drive from here looks good.

Have anyone been successful in closing a lease option. What kind of questions do you ask a potential tenant buyer? We have came across a few people and mess up on the Q&A part.

Just curious, but I received the book, but not the interactive DVD. I was told it would be a couple weeks and I would be receiving it. It's been much longer than that and I'm wondering if anyone else who didn't get one has gotten one?

Well Id like to start by saying this is amazing.
I have been reading everything on the site and now it`s time to take action. Just bought three of deans books now i ask myself now what? I guess I`ll start with his latest book and work my way threw it all.No nothing about real estate but Im diving in head first.Meaning I will start with building a buyers list.then read some more. Is this a bad move?

=) In all seriousness..this is beautiful..sometimes we wanna question whether or not this is for us or if we deserve this.. but now when that question pops...I know because of the effort and the lack of fear that exist w/in me and I display is just solidification that there is a separation of self-value. I've never luvD life more, but I know if to comes I will make it better than yesterday in-turn experience it deeper and I would like everyone to know that they have a choice to do so as well.
