Your Town Your Real Estate Profits
Central Florida
August 15th, 2011 | posted by RealNFloridaI would love to read comments from some Floridians! I think we are in a pretty good market. We have NO problems finding the properties, it's just hard finding the SERIOUS buyers. Any advice would be great!
Getting started
July 18th, 2011 | posted by JGL125Hi,
I am interested in buying rental properties cheap, then renting them out for cash flow. I have enough cash to buy 1 or two properties but refinancing to pull the cash out is a problem as I am only employed parttime and was laid off about a year ago. Does anyone have any sugestions for me, I am looking for direction.
Thanks, Joe
Love Chapter 8 -- Making Another City Your City
July 14th, 2011 | posted by chad.charlieI'm a big fan of Angie's Chapter. Just had to share that one, read through it last night. I'm in New York and the money just goes so quick, so early on I set my sights on other cities like New Orleans and Pittsburgh where the money goes much further! Glad to see that others made a model of this early on also.
Take care,
Chad.
Where do you read Dean's Books? - Share your place and your action steps inspired from Dean's books!
June 30th, 2011 | posted by Chasing The DreamThere are never enough hours in the day. Time moves so fast and it is true as we look at the calendar and year 2011 is almost half over already. We are all busy but it is so true that we all make time for what we want to make time for.
When I commuted to work on the train this was a great time to get things done. If we read at least one chapter a day how long would it really take to read or re-read Dean's books?
If you plan your time wisely you can get reults. So the questions is where do you read Dean's books? At home, work, on a plane or train, on vacation or in the yard.
Share where you read and one of the best tips from the book that you have or will apply.
You can make it happen! Carpe Diem! :0) - Stacey
Just Ordered This-Nervous-Does This Work
June 25th, 2011 | posted by JuneMarieI was so nervous I first posted in the wrong forum, sorry. I live in a rural small town. Really wonder if this can work here. I need to finally get off my duff and get to work. I don't like the rat race and want out! I want freedom!! Financial Freedom! Real Estate is the subject I know the most about, but still need to learn more. I am most familar with the research end of it and am familar with type of documents used. I'm in my 50's and wonder if it is still possible for me to succeed? To be financially free, would be the ultimate for me. Paycheck to paycheck in not how I want to live anymore. Any advice or shared experience would be very, very welcome! Thank You.

What is MLS real estate agent site “public” option?
April 14th, 2011 | posted by rarboisHello Fellow Members,
I just recently purchased YTP and reading the book on pg:25 and came across the Action Step that says: "MLS real estate agent site for your area that has a “public” option."
What does it mean? I am living in Oahu Hawaii and Googled the sentence and could not find good results?
I am new to this and would greatly appreciate some clarification.
