Do licensed real estate brokers have any unique advantages or face any special obstacles when following Dean's stategies? Is it better to remain unlicensed or maintain an inactive license?

Hello fellow-Edge members and/or others using the Probate Finder Tool! (I couldn't find a forum under Dean's Tools/Courses for this one yet)

I am eagerly awaiting my copy of The Edge which may be a few more days, and I've been looking at the materials online including the Probate Tool.

Everything looks awesome, and I can't wait to get my copy at home!

As far as the Probate Finder ---I totally realize this is just a temporary way to get started immediately on properties as you get your marketing and website up to speed etc...and really get out there. I look forward to that!

Any one part of Dean's Success Academy? I recently joined and am curious on what to expect. Any opinions or advice? I hope everyone is having a great day.

I have just order the EDGE Home Study course and I am way too excited to sleep. I really hope this is as great as it was stated to be and gets my business off to a rocket start. I want to go on a 2 week cruise for Christmas using real estate profits and pay off the course lol. Use this forum when you get your course to let others who are awaiting it's arrival know what to expect. I really REALLY what real estate to make me wealthy and would love to shake Dean's hand in person someday and hopefully tell him "Thank you".

I can find the web site coaphonesolutions.com but can not get anywhere with it keep putting ever were but there. does someone have the phone # I will call them myself. and also where is the list for the people to say that they sebt you so they get it free? any help would be helpful... just started...Trying to find my way around...

I heard it mensioned in the last conference call, but I'm not sure exactly what it is. I know what a regular lease option is, but not quite sure what a sandwhich lease option is. Can someone please explain? Thanks.

Dean, I appreciate all you are doing to help us understand the process and how we can do things more effeciently. The videos give an insight into what there is available through your program. I have purchased 2 houses already and am still in the learning process so bring it on!

I got your Books in early May 09 and as most carry them everywhere ... spare minute I'm in the latest one and I'm still gleaning Ideas .... To answer the question about " Would you like to get the Information from the Phoenix Meeting ? " Any and all info that You can put together is DEEPLY APPRECIATED ! ! ! !
