COULD THIS BE NUMBER 1???

After months of feeling like I didn't know what I was doing, I put an ad on craigslist. I only got one call. But when I hung up the phone I was more excited than ever. He said that he owns a RE company and that his inventory is basically empty. He said he's looking to buy properties now and has the capitol. he also said he has lots of buyers who want to buy NOW. Condos, rentals, rehabs, flips. He has cash buyers waiting to buy. He said if he wasn't interested in them he would pass them to his buyer's list. I have been at it for 6months now.

Today is the day I take action and start my investment journal!

I have been on this site for the past several months not really doing anything except sitting in the wings and reading posts from others. I have been taught, inspired and at times brought to tears while reading the journals of others. So... I decided that it was time to step out of obscurity and make a real commitment to moving my real estate investing career forward. One of those steps involves holding myself accountable for achieving the goals I set and I believe that this journal is a great way to do just that.

I'm afraid but I step out of the box Help

Hi,All
My name is Angie I'm very very new. I step out of my box and I found two home. One is a rental and the second is a SFH. I have no money my credit is bad but I getting it together. How can I work a deal with the owner of the second home. as a no money down deal. Eq in the home is 19k and she ask 230k with some repair.

Home One is a rental the tenant is still there been there since 2006. he ask for 220k but will be flexible on the price. He have 40k in EQ in the home. so my new friend Help Please. What the best way to do this.

G.O.T. Real Estate Investments, LLC was started in June of 2009 after reading Dean's books and listening to numerous audio and video programs about making money in Real Estate as an Investor.

I finished our business website with photos of some foreclosures here in our town. So far, so good.

I took my new DG friend's advice below decided to focus only on positives with this journal.

Any suggestions on how to get started doing assignments in Wisconsin or even birdogging or building a huge buyers list would be helpful to us right now. We'd like to see progress this week.

Hello fellow investors. I recieved Dean's program on September 2nd, 2009. I have read the book twice and have been busy getting my ducks in a row. My first real estate agent changed her mind and decided not to work with me. However I have another appointment with another one that is very excited to meet and discuss our strategy. She even asked if she could bring in a fellow agent to our meeting next week. The first Lawyer I met with was not for me, still seeking one that is a good fit.

A New Beginning

I am very excited about the journey I am about to embark upon. It was almost a year ago when I purchase "BARM" and I was totally pumped but never finished reading the book. However, as of two days ago I finished reading "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" and I am ready to get started. So my plan is to storm the industry and take over. Earl Journal Entry #1

Hello,
I purchased Dean's book and received them on Oct. 2, 2009. These books are actually a early birthday present for me! I have seen other ads and have purchased a few. I feel that I have made the right choice to enter into the RE world with Dean's road map. As of today, I am on page 153 of Profit From RE Right Now. I followed Dean's advice of dedicating 45 minutes 3 days a week for RE. I actually give 45 minutes to an hour EVERYDAY!! I had a conversation with my Realtor this morning about looking for home and readjusting my scope!

Hello all and thank you for everything. This is my 1st posting and I decided to start with my journal. I am doing this, as I need accountability, as starting and stopping is no longer an option. I AM a real estate investor and With Dean's awesome 'gifts' and the input of so many family members here, I will realize my dream and will not be denied. My wife needs me to do it. My children need me to do it. Beyond all that, I need to do it and I am getting off the couch and into the game. I will be posting my activity here and thank so many of you in advance for your input and support.
