Can someone please provide me with the magic trick of sparking an agents interest. I have tried several different approaches already, and am coming up empty handed. I want to do a ton of deals, but really want an agent there with me, or there for me as it were. Anyone have an extra one they can loan out )

REAL ESTATE AGENT SEARCH

April 23rd, 2009 | posted by Brchavis88Hi my name is Brianna and I'm new to real estate investing. I read Dean's book "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" within two days and dove right into real estate soon after. I already put in one offer but it was rejected. I'm getting ready to put in another but it would be nice to have someone with more experience giving me guidance from time to time. I'm only 20 years old and I am in the Air Force but I feel it is never to early to take control of your life. I just need to be steered in the right direction. If anyone is interested in being sort of a mentor to me please send me a message.

Where can we post information about a New REIA?
April 21st, 2009 | posted by JCInvestorWe are starting a New Real Estate Investors Association here in South West Oregon. I see that there is a place where they are listed how do we get our club listed?
The closest other clubs are in Eugene and Portland and since the foreclosures are so high in Jackson County and I got so much out of being a member in other places I have lived I know it is needed and will grow fast.
I am also looking for other places on the web to get the message out.
Thank you
Kristen
