Hello Everyone,

I am new to real estate investing but have read DG's books. I am 25 years old and just finished grad school. I live in a small town in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and I currently have no job and very little money, with a huge amount of student loans.

I could really use some help getting started. Should I look for properties and try to pass it on to a real estate investment company for a finders fee? How do I find foreclosed properties? ...And so on?

I appreciate any feedback.

hello everyone, my name is Jason I live just outside of Sacramento California and have been learning REI for a little while now, just like dean I know there is no substitute for just doing it to gain the experience. Im 21 and had started a business with my highschool math teacher who was already running a coffee business. I had worked in sales and made him a lot of money, but since he didn't want to pay me all that commission he said he would help me start a small coffee cart business. the numbers were awesome and overhead was very little leaving a large chunk of profit.

I am at a newbie in real estate investing but I am very motivated.

I would like to network with any investors/teams in the high desert.
