I know for my first few deals I'm looking around I definately would have to use the assign option. I currently have a regular job but my credit righ now is not the best however I find this method appealing.

any investors who have or are currently investing in the high desert areas such as cal city, mojave, rosamond north edwards, lancaster, palmdale
I currently live in quartz hill which is between lancaster and palmdale. would like to network about REI in this unique area ?

ok I finally took some small action I been watching the forums and blog for while but finally decided to join today.
I have deans course and book be a real estate millionaire and plan on ordering his other profit from real estate now. I always had interest in real estate I was even planning to get my real estate license but right now it may be more fun doing it on the investors side.

I have just finished reading Deans book and I am just starting out. I am meeting with a mortgage broker. I would love to hear about other people experiences. If you have any thing that helped you when you started out I would love to hear about it.

Hi I just wanted to ask. I have noticed that a lot of Investors on the site live on the west coast California, Arizona and Nevada and that there are a lot of foreclosures in that area but I live in Topeka Kansas in anyone in the Midwest using Dean’s ideas to invest in real estate? That would like to partner?

I am in search of investors I can bring my killer deals to until I get a few more deals and can get some capital to use.

I have used quiet a few techniques over the years. Web 2.0 and now 3.0 is offering real estate investors a whole new way of networking from the comfort of their own home. Have you heard of www.facebook.com or www.linkedin.com ?

That's what I used to think when I read books like "Profit from Real Estate Right Now!" I've always been a do it yourself, give me the cut and dry info and let me figure it out type. In high school, college, and at the work place. When I first read Dean's real estate books I was a little irritated all how many success stories there were. That is until I began to grasp his concepts and actually read a few of them. I immediately went back and read ALL of them.
