My good friend has assigned me to find a buyer for her horse farm in Middleburg, VA. This is a large farm with a potential for making monthly profits in the tens of thousands. There is also rental property within the farm. Please respond if interested, or if you know of a potential buyer/investor. God bless.

Wed Feb 10th(6pm) There is a investors meeting here in Tucson. Thurs the 11th(also at 6pm) there is a Seminar on the other side of Tucson.
All are invited. Would be great to meet and greet some other DG students.

Hey DG family, well as i sat in church this morning enjoying some worship, the moment was shattered by a loud explosion followed by the church building shaking etc.! We kinda just sat there wondering what happened? We soon found out that a natural gas building had a gas leak and blew up just miles away from where we sat. The blast was felt over 20 miles away! Please your thoughts and prayers would be great, as a search and rescue is underway. It hasnt been confirmed yet, but there saying over 50 injured, and not sure how many dead yet. This all happened in middletown, ct. on 2/7/10 11.30 am.. Thanks Mike

I just thought I'd post what's going on in my life to see if anyone had some wisdom they'd be willing to share. I've had Dean's last 2 books for about 6 months and am just about finished with his newest. Each time I read them, I'm encouraged to put it into practice and then life throws me a major curve ball.

As it is, I have now been laid off from my day job twice in 6 months and have yet to make any headway on real estate investing during that time. I am a student in the Success Academy (at least I think it is - the one that is connected to PMI's online lessons) but evidently haven't figured out how to use their knowledge for my benefit. (Any success stories or thoughts would be helpful here!)

Is there any succesful investor from CA on here?

Share your stories to inspire others that say cant be done in CA.

Hello everyone, im kind of new here but i think i have a pretty good grasp on the basics.I am looking for anyone who may be in the sw michigan area.Since i am just starting out i am trying to figure out the local market and which would be my best avenue to get started to build some investment capitol to get this ball rolling... Also i am having a hard time finding buyers...i checked the sunday paper and every flyer and paper in the area...nothing.....

I have worked part time in real estate closing approx. 25 Lease Option deals in the past 18 months, and 1 Subject to...I lost my manufacturing management job recently and I'm going after real estate full time!

Low on cash as my third kid is a college junior at a private school. I will do alternative financing for everything to begin with.

I plan on doing other deals vs Lease Options as some people feel I should be an agent in order to do this!

Anyone want to chat or email or meet...let me know! I'm going to push forward.
