Orange County, Ca DGers Get Together

Hi Fellow OC DGers.

I am rather new, but learning quickly and taking action.
BUT...
Hey I thought it'd be cool to get together and have a meetup. I realize that there are people in all varying parts of the process, but it'd be great to talk and share - not just with investors, but with other DGers.

Maybe even connect and do a deal together. I know we all have issues with time, energy, motivation, so it may be awesome to connect, encourage and boost each others confidence. Heck maybe some of us could even team up and share the work load to get a first deal.

To me (and most here probably), the money part is great, but the experience is more valuable.

I am looking to form a group of aggressive, business savvy, and hungry Cuyahoga investors that are looking to do more deals, help others, and network.

As you may know there are not many REI clubs if any here in Cuyahoga county where we can go and learn new things.

I would like to get something going where we meet at and learn new ideas, tips, techniques, and present new deals.

Hello DG family. I've been a member of the site for over a year now,reading the post,buying and reading the books, or what my finances would allow me to.Needless and shameful to say i've failed to make that first step.Not really sure what the hold up is other then maybe knowledge. So that leads me to the reason why i'm posting this , i'm looking for someone (not really be a mentor) who I could talk to or who would be willing to help a family member out. Hi all I have recently purchased the RBBP and have been tring to get the Marketing Done For You PDF to come up and my computer just keeps saying conecting and nothing happens, has this happened to anyone else. I have been able to get everything else to come up that is in PDF form but this.If anyone could help me with this issue that would be great thanks so much.
