I’m In a Whole Lot of Debt, and a Whole Lot of Trouble!
April 1st, 2009 | posted by jeremzI am sick of living in debt, and I want to get out fast! I just got a raise at work and I think I’m in a pretty good position to get out of debt with the help of a good settlement program. Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone tried this Debt Negotiation Service? They look pretty promising. What about this debt relief program?
A Teen's Credit Score??
March 31st, 2009 | posted by fdulucI'm currently a Senior in High School and I am highly motivated about investing in Real Estate. In fact, I've read Dean's Be a Real Estate Millionaire Book and many others on the same subject.
I really like taking action, moving ahead, accomplishing my goals, helping others, among other things. Those are some of the reasons why I enlisted in the US Military (Army National Guard) and will be heading to college after I'm done with Basic Training and AIT.

March 30th, 2009 | posted by Chris UngerI have recently finished 2 of Dean's Books. Profit from Real Estate Right Now and Be a Real Estate Millionaire. It has really motivated me and captured my interest even deeper into Real Estate. Now, I am a Bar Manager at a local sports bar. I enjoy it and is a great place for networking. I have met with a broker who is interested in working with me. He is already backed by an appraiser and title agent who are also interesting in working with me.

March 29th, 2009 | posted by mousebanditHelp! In the last month or so, someone posted a new HML that was started by a friend of theirs. I remember checking out the website, and being really impressed with it. I *thought* I saved it to my favorites, and now can't find it, or the thread.
Help! I'm trying one last time to resuscitate the apartment deal via HML!!
THANKS!

March 28th, 2009 | posted by AnitarnyWRAP-AROUND MORTGAGE
WRAP-AROUND MORTGAGE - A method of refinancing in which the new mortgage is placed in a secondary or subordinate position. In essence, it is an additional mortgage in which another lender refinances a borrower by lending an amount over the existing first mortgage amount, without cashing out or distributing the existence of the first mortgage.

First-time home buyers purchasing any kind of home—new or resale—are eligible for the tax credit. To qualify for the tax credit, a home purchase must occur on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009. For the purposes of the tax credit, the purchase date is the date when closing occurs and the title to the property transfers to the home owner.

Help... I could use some direction
March 27th, 2009 | posted by wtmarshFirst, let me say that for the past few days, I've tried to gain from the wealth of experience that seems abundant on this site. Though I've picked up a few ideas which may be beneficial in the future, I haven't come across one that addresses my specific problem.
I'll also admit that I'm as green as pea soup with real estate, so please explain any possible answers to me as if I were a sixth grader.
My Situation...
