When I am doing a home inspection, I always get asked; “Why do you see black spots on the walls in and around the showers?” It is black mold and is easily prevented.
The very best way to prevent the mold in bathrooms is install a fan or crack open a window during your shower. Most people don’t like to run the fan during their shower, because it creates a cool breeze. Some people don’t think about it and some people don’t think it makes any difference.
Some fans maybe inadequate for the size of bathroom. One of the best ways to get rid of mold is to have better air movement.

Do YOU Believe In YOU?
July 30th, 2013 | posted by RoyVoeksI have a great opportunity everyday to talk to many of you. To be able to rub shoulders with others who desire to improve their own lives by taking personal control. It is inspirational to listen to your success stories and to know that so many are out improving their personal situations.
However, at times I come across someone who appears to have lost all hope. They are simply going through the motions. They seem to not believe in themselves. They seem to have lost all hope.
The DG family is large and always has someone who understands your particular problem. Use this forum to reach out. There is power in working with others. help is available. When YOU feel good about YOU the possibilities are endless.

Getting Expired Listings from Agent (Potential Goldmine)
July 29th, 2013 | posted by randybailiffCheck your listing contracts to ensure they clearly rule out any other real estate broker's right to collect commission from a canceled or expired listing.
Search the MLS for properties that have only a few days left before they expire.
Contact the sellers you find with an about-to-expire listing. Ask them about their intent to sell their property after the listing expires or if the property does not sell. Disclose immediately these things:
You must tell the seller you are a licensed real estate salesperson with [your broker's name or company name].
insider elite
July 29th, 2013 | posted by SteveMarshallHey everyone. I've been trying to build momentum and get to my first deal for quite some time now. I always get hung up and fall back into bad habits. I joined Dean's insider elite on Friday and I'm hoping that will help keep me on track. If I don't get my first deal done by the third month, I won't be able to afford it and I'll have to cancel. I really don't want that to happen. I'm going to try my best to start following the 30 day blueprint today. From what I can tell, its the same as 30 days to real estate cash. In the past I get hung up on calling a real estate agent. I don't understand how I real estate agent gets paid with an assignment exit strategy. If you're not paying them, what incentive do they have to help you?
google voice
July 26th, 2013 | posted by flash1457Hello everyone! Let me start off by saying that I am happy to be here. I have read Dean's books Be A Real Estate Millionaire, Your Town Your Real Estate, and some of Profit From Real Estate Right Now. But for some reason I was got getting anywhere after I read the books, I had no phone calls,no offers or anything. Then one day something hit me(my wife throw one of Dean's book at me)I have to get out and do something! If I don't work then I am not going to get paid. So here is my first of many questions. When it comes to using a phone number for people to call you back does anyone use google voice or what do you guys use?

NEED A POF LETTER THAT WILL GET YOU A DEAL?
July 25th, 2013 | posted by erosquist1http://www.linksourcemanagement.com/innercircle
This website is amazing! This is a new source for you guys to get a POF letter along with an ACTUAL BANK STATEMENT!!
So in the past we just had a POF letter saying we have the cash available but as the market has gotten more competitive, some sellers have requested to see a bank statement. Now you have that available to you through this site. They will give you a POF and a real bank statement from a real person.
What this company does is finds an actual person with liquid funds available in their bank accounts. They then get the bank statement from this person showing the money and now you can submit that with your offer.

Work, It Pays
July 24th, 2013 | posted by RoyVoeksI have always been impressed by people that work hard. No matter their field of labor, those that work hard seem to get ahead in a way that others do not.
I believe that the field of real estate is no different. It seems to me that those who put forth effort usually get blessed with deals. Even those that struggle, usually because they are learning, get it and start making money. When a person gives up they seem to fail.
Never give up. When the chips are down, never give up. When a deal seems to be out of reach, never give up. When you back is against the wall, never give up.
You can do it.
