What is the quickest way tol sell a single family property?

In order to continue investing I need to sell 2 of the 4 single family homes I currently own. What is the quickest way to asccomplish that? ALL ideas are helpful, any thoughts?

Well I know if it slipped my mind, then it has probably slipped countless other newbies minds as well. We all quite possibly have a surefire buyer right under our noses...Where? There! Your landlord! He/she is a buyer and so are their homeowner buddies. Well there you go! Get your lists built up.

I recently met w/ a Realtor who is willing, and seems anxious, to work w/ me. Before meeting, we e-mailed back and forth multiple times. I was clear w/ my intentions, what I do, and what I would be asking from him.

Now that we have met and established that we would like to work together, what is the next step?

how much earnest money should i Give?

I have read conflicting messages(or at least I think I have) when reading this stuff. I believe that Dean says to give earnest money of around $100 when you lock up a deal. Somewhere else someone said don't give any earnest money at all. What is the right thing? how much earnest money is appropriate? $10, $50, $100? Thanks for your help.

I got my website up and running. It feels good to have it. Though it is not the best there is. But it works for my budget. It doesnt look bad, at least I think so. So I need my DG fams opinion on it. Posted my first ad

I just posted my first ad in Craigslist looking for buyers so I can put the "Assignment of Contract" concept to work. I'm scared to death I'm gonna get people calling who are gonna question the heck out of me and I'll sound like a complete moron. The adrenaline is racing right now.

Hello everyone,

I have been placing ads anywhere I can for free, Craigslist, Kijiji, Lycos, etc. About 12hrs after placing ads w/ Kijiji, I was notified that my ads where deleted.

I certainly didn't place ads in multiple states, so I'm a little confused. I thought Kijiji was a popular resource for use REI's? Below I will show both ads I placed and 1 of the letters Kijiji sent me.

I'm just wondering if anyone successfully utilizes Kijiji..?
