Stll having problems finding buyers

I have finally found an REA willing to work with me I am just having problems finding buyers. I have put ads on craigslist and I have some street signs everytime a I think I have a buyer I ask what they are looking for in a property and they ask well what do you have? I tell them Im working on a couple deals im just really interested in finding what kind of properties you want to buy. They usually say ok when you get something call. Now thats a little scary what if I get something under contract and they dont want it? Anyone have any ideas how to really lock up a buyer?

Investors Phone Message

Anyone have a web site or page reference from Deans book where I can get a format for developing an investors script for my automated phone service. I do not want to plagiarize anyone's work so a simple outline will be helpful. I have tried to come up with a meaningful script but it seems to always sound lame.

Having Problems Setting Up Buyers

I have placed ads on craigslist and other sites for buyers. Everytime I answer an email I ask them what kind of houses they are looking for and in return they say what do u have. I tell them I am looking at a couple places but i really was wondering what you are looking for. They generelly just say to call when I have something are they a reliable Buyer? Or what else should i do to fill my buyers list? anny suggestions will be appreciated...Thanks in advance...

After some period of relative calm, Houston Sign Ordinance enforcement is back in the news. Recent reports indicate “open house” signs photographed by city sign inspectors were later confiscated and fines levied against the listing agent (as much as $432 per sign per day) for violation of the Houston Sign Code. Some of the violating signs had been placed in the roadway medians which are definitely off-limits.

Want a new method for finding buyers, that you CAN'T get from anywhere else?

It's a tactic I have used for years and it's a playoff of the reverse cowgirl that I put in another post. Except this time you don't need to deal with pain in the butt realtors (i'm a realtor by the way, but I do understand) that won't return calls. Are you ready?

1. Go to the HUD website for you state.
2. Go to the Bid Statics page and write down the addresses every week of homes that have sold to investors. They will be the Non-owner occupied homes.

I, just as many of you have been, have been doing everything I can to move forward with REI. It has taken me almost 3 weeks since I enrolled in the Academy to get established. This week has been a great week. I have added a new buyer to my list, printed my business cards, established a new website and email address, finished the book Be a Real Estate Millionaire, received my Edge material, and just moments ago I posted 4 ads in craigslist. I am telling all of you this because I have drawn so much inspiration from all of you to get up and do it!

REACHING OUT TO PEOPLE IN FORECLOSURE
