Is there another site other than Linkin good for networking with other investors? I’m looking for principle buyers that I can develop a good business relation with and need help with some advice on find these principle buyers. Thank you very much for helping me and I know this information would help others struggling to find good buyers too.

Yikes!!!! This thing is in motion! My agent is working tough and I've only got 1 buyer on my list?? I'm following the book, so I will go to the courthouse to try and track down cash buyers... Ghost ad on craigslist... Well, I think I may have to try that again... I got an actual focus area to begin now in my backyard.

When you are advertising for cash buyers, what you say in your ads that gets them to respond? What is the most effective way to get cash buyers?

I've been using bandit signs for quite a while and now have been shifting my weight to using yellow letters because I've been getting a good response rate. But I've been using Listsource for absentee owners but wondering where in the world is a good way to get probate and inheritance list leads?

I've heard lately that it's a greater way to better your chances at a deal. It's a "secret" niche.

I have been looking for buyers on Link-in for a while now, but I keep getting underperforming or unscrupulous buyers. I was wondering if there are other websites to find good performing buyers for high end properties and bulk properties packages? I know this information would help investors get started as well.
