I don't have a realtor who can perform comps however I used Dean Grasiozi's "Total View" and the comps come much lower than her asking price $178,200. Now I don't know where to began, I've still in the midst of generating a buyers list however I contacted maybe two investors one declined and answer still pending from the other investor. I'm looking for assistance and possibly a buyer.
