Partnering On Foreclosure of tax lien sale

I have several NJ tax lien certificates that are now beyond the redemption period. I wondered whether someone could partner with me on the foreclosure process or would be interested in buying the liens. Or if you know another party that would be willing to do this, I would be appreciative if you would forward me along. Thanks.
