Finding an Investor Friendly Real Estate Agent in Any Market
I have found that craigslist is a great place to find investor friendly agenst, but you must search for them in a particular way to find the aces.
Select your state and city then go to the "real estate for sale" section. YOu will have the option to search for "by owner" or "by broker". We want to select "by broker". You then will need to type in keyowrds that will bring back the best results. I recommend trying each of the following:
income property, investment property, cash buyer, investors wanted, investors needed, Handyman special, fixer upper, turnkey rental,and TLC needed.
These are keywords that indicate the focus of the real estate agent in most cases. We want someone who works with investors and understands the types of deals we are looking to do and properties that make sense too. YOu can find their contact information in these listings. You just need to call and qualify them after that.
