I just wanted to put this up as proof to what dean teaches and how real estate can change your life.
the day before yesterday i made some bandit signs and put them up and i already have another house under contract.
a guy called me once yesterday
and today when i checked my messages from google voice
so i called him got the info on the houses and what not
the guy owns the house free and clear it's a 2 bed 1 bath arv of :26,500.00 back taxes : 416.24
has tenants paying 500.00 per month and needs no repairs
he told me that his brother committed suicide and he just needed money to pay the bills
so i made him a offer using some software
and he agreed
went over there and put it under contract for below 50 percent of its fmv
now im in the process of marketing it to all those buyers i got
