HOUSES NEEDED!! CASH Buyers AVAILABLE!

I am also looking for up 150 condos 2/2 Westside of Ft Lauderdale, Broward County for rentals. HOA and Taxes under 500.00. Rents 1000.00 under 50k. No rental restrictions.
With rental restrictions of 1 year ownership, 35k.
Need access to do a walk thru, can close 10 days later with clear title.

2. also looking for apt building to 200 units, 8 plus cap rate. Not a C or D property.
Have buyer with funds to close.
