You have the convenience of accessing it from your own home. You don't have to wait for a specific date to get on it. It's accessible night and day and is open to a countless number of investors and contacts.
Go to:
1. www.craigslist.com, www.kijiji.com, www.backpage.com, www.upillar.com: search for ads that investors post - "We buy houses", "Cash for houses", "I buy houses"
2. www.google.com: click on "maps" and do the same search there but add your city and state - "We buy houses" + Portland OR, "Cash for houses" + Dallas TX, "I buy houses" + Kansas City MO. Several leads will come up on the left hand side.
3. www.google.com, www.****: again, the same key phrases + city and state. This is a very basic internet search but produces results.
These are a few simple but effect ideas to help you get quick results while you're waiting for the next investment club meeting. Investment clubs are one of my favorite ways to connect with investors and where most of my clients build the majority of their buyers list - at the investment club meetings. But get started, get quick results by utilizing the internet.
