I have a list of buyer already froma year ago as soon as I get a deal I will contact them all starting with the ones that were the most friendly the first times we talked.
Buy and Hold(NC)-
Contacted Remax in Charlotte was assigned a person who will assign me a real estate agent for the area who is investor friendly. She says if we don't click call her back and she will assign a new one.
I have been trying to get this done for years. Back out of a deal in FL because the HOA wouldn't allow investors. I has a meeting at my temp job last week and had my salary cut 12% (along with everyone else in my position) This is my time! Thank you so much Dean for always helping me find my way back with your blogs.
