wholesale purchase

i discovered a house in New York City that ripe for anyone who wants to either wholesale it, flip it, or just use it as a rental property. it is totally abandoned, with overgrown lawn; the windows and all the entrances are boarded up. this property is dying for the tender loving care of a savvy real state investor. Is there anyone who out there who fits that description? please contact me
