Hello all I thought I'd start up a new journal about my journey though Real Estate Investing.
One night while sitting in my apartment, i thought to myself that the everyday 9-5 job would not give me the financial freedoms that I truly desire. Seeing my parents struggle everyday to make ends meet, and keep their house truly made my seem like I would end up the same way. Well I thought "I wont get in the same situation." So one day, I saw Dean Graziosi on TV talking about Real Estate, and I thought "Well this is interesting, but I cant do that...don't I need money?" However, I purchased his Think A Little Different program anyway. The problem is, I set it aside for 2 years and didn't take action. Now I have graduated and I have student loans coming due, but no money to pay for them! So I said "Enough's enough, I need to take action now!" I purchased Dean's book Be A Real Estate Millionaire, and registered on this site. So far I have picked up around 3 investors that are willing to work with me so I can make money as well!
With the knowledge I've picked up from this site, through my investors, and Dean's book, I am ready to make money. In fact, I submitted many properties to my investors and some right now are under review.
I feel that first deal "kaching!" right around the corner. I will continue to update this throughout my journey. Cheers all!
