Alright, alright, alright, time to give this a go. Total beginner. I currently own two places, one for me and one that I rent out. I've been investing in REITs and enjoying the 12-18% returns but I'm looking for something that would provide monthly cash flow regardless of what I'm doing that particular month.
I've got two of Dean's books. Be A Real Estate Millionaire and Profit From Real Estate Right Now.
Current Goal: 2 cash flow positive deals by the end of 2013.
Next Action: Use Chapter 6 in PFRE to identify the right real estate agent
Current Challenge: How to evaluate markets to find a desirable rental market.
