Are you looking to for a real estate assistant to help you grow your business? By hiring me, it will allow you to focus on your clients and getting new clients. I will be doing all the behind the scene work. I realize how much time it takes away from you.

A few years ago I had my real estate licenses but then my husband and I became foster parents and I stopped. I never put my license into escrow. I love working in the real estate field but my calling is behind the scene. I enjoy that more than being an agent.

If you were to hire me, I do all my work out of my home. I have internet, fax/copier/scanner, Microsoft office programs (word, excel, power point, publisher), quickbooks for the accounting aspect, land line for phone and also cell phone, mailings and so much more.

I will mention some of the services I have to offer:
• Setting up appointments (showings, settlements, inspections, ect)
• Follow up (Faxing over to the agent responses from you showing a buyer, and getting there feedback when they show your listing)
• Keeping track of contingencies (inspections, mortgage, pre-approval, ect)
• Helping you with marketing
• Entering data into the MLS/websites
• Making home books for sellers
• Making up flyers
• Advertising the home
• Mail outs
• And anything else that you might need done
