For most new investors one of the scariest parts of getting started is attending a Real Estate Investment Club Meeting. Most fears come from wondering what to say, what kind of questions should I be asking, how do I introduce myself? All of these fears and concerns are very valid. Hopefully this little checklist will help prepare you and give you a little more confidence to get out the door and over to an investment club near you. Enjoy
