So I put this ad in craigslist last night and I got 3 responses.

"I am a wholesaler and I am looking for investors/cash buyers to invest in properties priced well below FMV. "

RESPONSES:

(1)send me a list of what you have not interested in providence at all

I am so new to this, I think I have the answer to my questions but would like to get some feedback on how to reply.

I have noticed that there is a hot debate going on about ghost ads and I am not really interested in lying and getting caught but I do want this to work.
