deans real estate academy

I am interested in joining deans real estate academy and have no fear but what if i tie my money up with this investment and dont make anything in return. This is my life savings here. I dont have no credit and not much of income and i dont drive either cuzz of phobia. Do they guarantee a profit if u join? Do u get any certificate of completion after u graduate? I wanna get out of this rut im in and i think his academy is the only way to go. any advice thanks adam
