I have recently found a potentially awesome property by just driving around. I was excited when I started doing research on it. I got a printout from the tax assesors records and under the last reason for sale read" Survivorship deed". Under the grantor was a persons name. I was expecting to find some kind of lending company or mortgage company. I feel like I've hit a dead end. Honestly that excited feeling has been lost. Is there something I'm missing or should I just wait until a sign is put up in the yard?
