Divorce, down sized from the job, you name it. The heat in Arizona is killing me. I would like to move to San Francisco. How is the real estate marked down there?
My questions is, how do I obtain motivation to change my life around. I have been thinking of becoming a real estate agent for a while, but have not been able to get around to it.
I figured, I am as far down as I can possible come right now, with no job and no money. So I wanted to turn to the elite on this board in order to get some tips and advice on how you did it.
Last, should I stay here in Arizona or would I be better off in California? Where is the best market, both today and in the nest 3-5 years..
