Well my friend I am working with has found us about 4 ( to start ) hedgefund managers to work with ranging in funds from 2M - 35M, and I have found someone to put up the "show money". That is what we are working on right now.
I am also working on a couple of apartment buildings. One is only 12 units but it is cash flowing $65,388. Since my offer isn't quite enough to pay off their loan they decided to show the bank and ask for a short sale. 8 of the units are done while 4 still need the interiors finished. There is a waiting list of tenants for the completed units.
The other is 58 units with a gross operating income of $449,232, and a cap rate of 10%. It's also near a local college in a growing area.
We will also be working on getting about 10 properties through one of the hedgefund guys.
