A Habit of a Highly Effective Investor

There are several habits of successful investors. I will each month post information concerning those I feel are attributes that I have seen in successful investors.

To start:
Investors that follow a process everyday have great success.
Many times investors that are coming into real estate will do a little here and a little there.
What you should think about is doing real estate in a process.
Think about work. What do you do when you get to work? You probably check in, check email, call clients, talk to managers and other items.
Why not apply the same idea of a process to your business? When you wake look at real estate for the first hour. After work call Realtors. Do this every day until you have success. From here create a new process and do it over and over.
Processes create a business instead of possibility.
