Does anyone have sample letteres that they send out to FSBO, people that are renting their homes instead of selling them,Probate, Divorce, and Mls homes you want to make a offer on but do not have a agent yet. I was just going to send the sellers letters instead of going through their agents because every time i do they tell the seller not to deal with investors so i thought i would bypass their agent completely. But do not know what to say in letters i send out to people so if someone has letters that work good for them,could you Pm me or email me with a copy of the letters?
