I went to 3 banks today in a small tow of 5000. I could stand at one bank and see all 3, I was trying to see what they would do as refing, And it all went great, The defiance this time than in the past I had all my exit strategies in place and even took them my contracts. Man it sure feels better than getting all the nos like I did when I first stated, The last 8 banks have all been yes. So if you have all your ducks in a row their are banks that will work with a investors. One bank did say that they would like to keep my deals around 15 till they see how this works,
