I've come across an invitation from a city that requests a 3 year agreement to work with a non-profit agency and on a vendors list to identify prospective properties and assist in evaluating the feasibility of acquiring, rehab, and selling and/or leasing of foreclosed properties. Thru the agencies ARRA, HUD, Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 Grant, and their guide lines.
Is this an item even worth pursuing?
And, if it is, then how would a person a go about presenting themselves for this type of program? Especially someone without experience in any matters pertaining to foreclosures, such as me, a newbie.
