Hello DG family, I seem to have misunderstood something. I am still looking for my All-Star agent to find me assignment deals. I know there are ways around assigning REO, etc. but what do I tell the agents when they ask "how will you buy these homes?" I tell them with cash because of the buyers I have, but is that what I want to tell them??? Or do I say, I'm not buying, I'm selling it to another investor? Help me, help me please!
