Can anyone tell me the process for auction properties? I actually saw a property that I was considering, but when I went back to it today there was an auction sign posted. The auction is not until October.
This property looks more like an abandoned property. It is a total rehab that has been sitting for a long time. How do these properties get to auction? Does the city take them over? Is there any chance of getting such a property under wholesaler control if the city is doing the auctioning?
Thanks
