Looking for Rental - looking to partner in Fort Worth

We have a son looking for rental property in Fort Worth, TX. He is open to rent to own or just rental. If you have property in Fort Worth, TX either a small house or a multi-family property, we may be able to partner up and help each other. He is looking to rent this weekend and needs at least 2br/1ba 800 Square feet and affordable rent. I look forward to your posts. Thank you.
