Okay family, I need some quick help. I'm sure all these areas I need help in are on here SOMEWHERE!, but I'm trying to save time by asking for the quickest route to all of them! So here goes: (Hope I can get some great help!)
1. I need a great mortgage company! No-season refi specialists! Local, regional etc.
2. I need a reliable P.O.F. letter! Does it matter between my partner & I whose name we want to show on it?
Also, still searching for a good title company as well as a really good attorney. I have a great agent who's investor-friendly. Currently, I have access to 3 cash buyers and I'm continuing to build my list. I'm investing in the greater Covington, GA area which is 35.1 miles east of Atlanta. Anybody wanna partner up?
Let's see, what else? Oh yeah! Can anyone supply me with a sure-fire, by-the-numbers due diligence formula that they follow to the letter so I can have something to go on? Any and all help will be tremendously appreciated! THANKS FAMILY!
